Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Order Policy

A pre-order means the item is not currently in stock. Place your order as you normally would to secure your size before the item sells out. Demand can be very high on certain items, and they often sell out completely via pre-order before they physically arrive.

Timing

• Pre-orders usually take 1 to 3 weeks to ship.
• Delays can happen, and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
• For special occasion items, we recommend ordering at least 2 months in advance.
• You will check out as usual and pay in full when you place a pre-order.

Mixing pre-orders with in-stock items

If you order a pre-order item together with in-stock items, your entire order will wait for the pre-order item. To receive your in-stock items sooner, please place the pre-order as a separate order.

Cancellations and returns

• Pre-order items are ordered in especially for you, so once delivered they are final sale: no returns or exchanges.
• If you need to cancel before your order ships, we will refund the amount as a Plush Beauties Gift Card, not to your original payment method.

Delays

Plush Beauties Boutique, LLC is not responsible for delays that may occur with pre-order items.
